For Sale a Finnish M-28/76 Mosin Nagant Sniper Target rifle. 7.62X54R is stamped on the Barrel. The metal is in 98 percent condition. No rust.. The bore is mirror bright and looks as it was a new bore. The grooves and landings are strong and crisp. The receiver has no markings. The receiver and bolt are matching numbers parts. This rifle is C&R eligible. I will consider pick ups from C&R licensed individuals and FFL 1 holders. I have an FFL3.
