GCU (Gun Control Unit) M134 Minigun

M134 Minigun GCU (Gun Control Unit) manufactured by Garwood Industries of Scottsdale Arizona, this GCU is the latest US Military version with Arming Switch, 2-Firing triggers, (either left or right hand), indicator light (which will indicate when the System is Armed and includes Booster Assembly manual override switch (pushes ammunition belt from the Magazine to the Feeder/Delinker when charging the system). Power is fed to the GCU via the Mil-Spec connector on the bottom of the unit, the cable providing electric power to the motor is on the left side and the cable providing control power to the Clutch is on the right side of the GCU. All cables are Mil-Spec, shielded for EMI restrictions, epoxy filled backshells for maximum durability and functionality. The GCU incorporates a 400 ms delay circuit for the Electric Motor, which allows the Motor to clear any remaining rounds from the weapon after ending the firing sequence. The Garwood Industries GCU incorporates two 1/4" X 28 Helicoil mounting points on the top of the GCU, which allows the GCU to be installed into your weapons Spade Grips. This version of the Garwood GCU is currently used in Minigun's world-wide, primarily by US Department of Defense and NATO Nations.
