We are not responsible for, nor have any control over, the privacy policies of those third party websites, and encourage all users to read the privacy policies of each and every website visited.

We may collect personal information if you provide it in feedback or comments, post it on our classifieds or interactive forums, or if you contact us directly. Please do not post any personal information on gunlistins forums or classifieds that you expect to keep private. Your IP address, page URL, timestamp, and email are collected by our Logs. This helps us to find problems with our server and to run the gunlistings.org site.

Gunlistings.org classified users' email addresses cannot be abused or used for any other purpose than to inquire about posted items or services. Any abuse of user email addresses present on gunlistings.org classifieds is strictly prohibited.

All classified postings are stored in our database even after user deletion and the Web Logs are stored indefinitely. We make every effort to keep this information confidential but we cannot guarantee the complete security of its storage.

If required to do so by law or if deemed necessary for a legal process, Gunlistings.org may release information about its users. Other sittuations where Gunlistings.org may release its users information to others include: enforcing the gunlistings.org user agreement, claims that a post violates the rights of a third party, and to protect the rights of gunlistings.org users, the general public, and gunlistings.org.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Company has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Company's sole discretion, members who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Company may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts or profiles of any Users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
