1860 Spencer (serial # indicates made in 1863), 52-56R caliber. Excellent mechanical condition. Bore is very good. Smooth brown patina overall..... no pits. Small crack in stock and an old repair to buttstock.
This is the 1st cartridge repeater bought for the Union Army. Own a piece of History instead of a piece of plastic!!
