HERTER'S 401 POWERMAG PACKAGE

LARGE western style single action 6 shot revolver with 6 1/2" barrel made in 1966 by J P SAUER & SOHN in Western Germany. Tight, Light action, blue with walnut grips. Comes with brass and loading dies (both HERTER'S BRAND), a tooled leather holster (possibly hand made from a kit also popular in the 1960's), and a vintage soft case. This well made HEAVY DUTY forerunner of the 41 Magnum was used but put up for several decades, has some holster wear and a bit of spotting on part of the cylinder, but looks good and will be the only one when you take it to the range.
