Glock 22 with many extras

I have a Glock 22 (Gen3) in almost new condition for sale. It will come in the factory case with the following:
3 factory Glock 15 round mags.
Talon grips installed
Factory Glock barrel
Threaded stainless steel barrel with 2 thread protectors
Extended mag release (stock part included)
Hi-Viz fiber optic front sight (Original front sight included)
Blackhawk SERPA holster
Approximately 150 rounds of .40 S&W ammo (Blazer brass and Federal FMJ)

Local pickup only please (no shipping). I work in the Blaine area during the week and live in Central MN, so I could meet anywhere from Blaine to north of St. Cloud on Highway 10 or 94.

My price is firm (lowball offers will be ignored).

I will need to see a permit to purchase or carry and a matching MN drivers license and will fill out a bill of sale (no exceptions).
