Remington 700 XCR Tactical .223 Precision Rifle

Remington 700 XCR Tactical. 26" fluted barrel, 1:9 rifling, .223 Remington chamber. Factory cerakote finish. Rifle has been upgraded to a Timney model 510THIN. Excellent, crisp single stage trigger with a trigger weight approx. 3lbs (adjustable between 1.5lbs and 4lbs). Rifle has been upgraded to a KRG Bravo chassis system. Features a Nightforce 20MOA picatinny rail on reciever. Includes one 10 round MDT AICS pattern 223 magazine.

I purchased / built this rifle in January 2018. Rifle has seen less than 500 rounds.

Looking to get $1500 for the rifle, optic and rings not included. Rifle as it sits (without optics) was over $2000 to build new.

I will add the optic / rings / level for an additional $750 ($2250 total package cost).
