Caveat emptor! I’ve seen a number of faked optics on this site, so due dillegence applies if you’re buying a rifle scope, pistol red dot, etc.
Known fakes: Trijicon RMR, Eotech’s, Aimpoint’s, and many more.
There’s a couple handguns listed currently with fake Trijicon RMR’s. Do your research! Look at forums and photos online to determine authenticity of the product, and further, request serial numbers of the optics to validate with the manufacturer. It’ll save you from spending $450 on a $49.99 fake.
