Purchased new less than 3 months ago, has had less than 150 rounds through it. Just too much gun for my wife (ended up getting her an EZ .380).
Comes with box, both clips (17-round clips), all extra handgrips, lock, owner's manual, the whole she-bang.
Also will throw in the DESantis IWB holster I bought for it. Firm on the price. First $450 cash that comes along wins.
