Comes with all original accessories, box, two 12 rounds mags, three 15 round mags (with plates to use with the regular P365.
Took it to the range yesterday to shoot it once before selling. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Only selling because I just got hit with over $2k in medical bills, so I need the cash.
