I have an almost new (purchased new 2-15-2017) full sized Ruger American 45-Model 8618 which I have put between 150-200 rnds through.
Good steady, very accurate gun with 4.5" barrel, Stainless slide. Includes 2-10 rnd Nickel/Teflon coated mags. Novak 3 Dot sights.
