A very interesting revolver that will be great in your collection. It has a WWII Flaming Bomb on Grip strap, then then some sort of German stamp on the side. It looks like it was made for a foreign contract before 4/24/42, when the Victory serial numbers started. The serial number is 888XXX. I'm guessing that it was then reissued after the war (possibly), with clear German markings (see last picture). Has some holster wear, but overall the bluing looks very good.
All in all, the gun fires great, locks up tight, and is in great condition. It also has real stag grips and lanyard ring.
I can meet at a gun shop in South Mount Vernon where the transfer is only $25. I might be able to meet in Bellingham as well, or farther south if I'm heading that way. Buyer pays transfer fee. This would qualify for C&R; I can sell directly to C&R FFL holders. Sorry, but I'm not interested in any trades at this time, and the price is firm.
Thanks for looking, and have a great day!
