These are pro mag brand new in the package 73 round drums. They are made in the USA and backed by a lifetime guarantee from from the manufacturers at pro mag. I have been satisfied with the one I have. Put a thousand rounds through mine with no problems. I bought a bunch of these as a investment but now would just like to sell them for what I paid on a bulk order.
