It's a top break in nickel with pearl handgrips, stamp on top rib piece (Harrington & Richardson Arms Company Worcester, Mass USA) under the mag stamp still on the top rib piece (Pat Oct 4 '87. May 14 & Aug 6.'89 April 2.'95 April 7. 1896), 5 shot self ejecting, barrel is either 2" or 3 1/4" , s/n D43646, has original front and rear sights, also came in a leather sheath. The condition of this one is low however the pearl grips are flawless, no chips or cracks or scratches.The top break = It is an "Automatic Ejecting, 2nd Model, 5th Variation". Large Frame gun.. It was made between 1897 and 1904. It is a blackpowder only gun chambered in 38S&W.
