Colt Alamo Commemorative revolver Set, .45 ca./.22 ca.

FOR SALE, NO TRADES.....A colt Alamo commemorative gold plated handgun in an engraved Colt satin lined wooden box. These are made by Colt in 1967.

These are finished in Colt Royal Blue and gold with simulated ivory hand grips with gold Colt emblem and a gold star in the grips. The Frontier Scout has additional engraving on the base of the hand grip frame (see photo).

The case is engraved with a scene from the Alamo and the fabric is satin electric blue. Both guns have slight turn marks on the cylinders but are in overall pristine condition.

There are very few of this set in circulation and although the .22 seems to be relatively common, the .45 SAA is rare and rarely offered for sale. Together they make a great collector's set for any Colt Collector or Texas history buff.
