The Jimenez Arms J.A. .380 is quite possibly one of the simplest, easiest to use and most comfortable compact .380's on the market today.

Jimenez Arms includes such features as: a comfortable stance, cocked indicator (Red), unique trigger lock and an extended finger rest located at the bottom of the magazine. Other manufacturers offer this feature only on specialty clips at higher prices. Jimenez Arms, however, includes this feature at no extra cost.

All of our firearms are on sale in our store and we may end an auction or classified listing if no bids are present. If you want it, we encourage you to bid as soon as possible.

Warranty:

All of our new firearms come with the full manufacturer's warranty.

Be legal: It is your responsibility to make sure it is legal for you to purchase, possess, own and/or use our product in your jurisdiction. Please check local and state laws and or with your local FFL if unsure. If you bid and can not take possession of the firearm/product, you will have to sell it to the receiving FFL at what ever they are willing to pay or pay your FFL to ship it back to us (unfired) and we will charge a minimum restocking fee of 20% (shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances).

Communication:We require contact within 3 days and payment to be received within 7 days of auction end. The main thing is communication, please communicate.

FFL required:You (or your FFL) must fax or mail a copy of the dealer's Signed FFL we will be shipping to before any items are shipped. Be sure you have this arranged before you bid.

Taxes: 6.75% Sales Tax on Texas sales.

Payment Options:

All prices are considered cash price which includes a discount of 3%. If you pay with a Credit/Debit card, this discount is not applicable.

U.S. Postal Money Order (ONLY) and Certified/Personal Check orders will be shipped after the funds have cleared our bank. If you pay us by any other form of money order, it will only delay the shipping of your firearm. PLEASE, United States Postal Money Orders will guarantee the least amount of delay.
CREDIT/DEBIT cards now accepted on firearms.

We offer a 10 month Layaway for a 10% charge. Split into 10 payments. You are welcome to pay it off early. It's an easy way to leverage your buying power if you are a little short on cash at the moment. Be sure and read our layaway terms for the fine print details.
PayPal is Anti-Gun, just in case you didn't know. They will freeze your account (and you have no recourse) if you use their services for anything related to firearms and they find out. Use PayPal at your on risk.
GPal still has problems as far as I know (they still owe me anyway). So no GPal is accepted at this time.

Shipping and Handling:

shipping and handling on all Long Guns (rifles, shotguns, etc.) is $35 unless otherwise noted in the auction/listing.Shipped USPS Parcel Post (Insurance not included).
shipping and handling on all Hand Guns (Pistols, revolvers, etc.) is $20 unless otherwise noted in the auction/listing. Shipped via USPS Priority mail (Insurance not included).
Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Insurance will be the actual cost and can be calculated from the USPS web site if you want to know what it is before you bid. All firearms will ship from 75474. You must tell us you wish for your item to be insured.

We are California Firearms Licensee Check (CFLC) registered. We ship approved firearms to CA (CA OK)

Local pick up is available but you will have to pass a NICS background check before you can take possession of the firearm. There is also an additional 3% fee for local pickup on won auctions.
