I have a Mauser 8 MM mountain Carbine rifle. As I understand it is quite rare. The Germans issued this carbine to it's soldiers who fought in the alps.It is a G.33/40. My dad obtained it years ago and It was sporterized with a Monte Carlo stock and a Tasco scope. I would guess this negatively impacted the original condition value. This rifle in original condition sells for in excess of $2500.00. I am not a collector and would like to sell. Make me a reasonable offer.
