I have a Sig Sauer model P220 pistol in caliber .45 ACP for sale. This pistol was manufactured in 1992 in West Germany, is a single/double action, has matching numbers on the slide and lower receiver, has factory grips, factory sights, decocker, and includes one 8 round magazine.
