New unfired Palmetto State Armory 7075-T6 forged upper receiver. 16" 1/7 M4 profile 4150 CMV barrel with nitride finish (great alternative to chrome lining that doesn't coat the bore) and M4 feed ramps. Magpul MOE FDE handguard. As pictured, no BCG. Very lightweight, good budget mil-spec upper receiver. Asking $230 OBO.
