This is a shiny new (never been installed) Magpul Utility Battle Rifle (UBR) stock for any standard AR-15. It's black, and comes with all the hardware to install it. Simply remove your old stock and buffer tube and install the buffer tube / stock, and you're on your way.
They sell new at Brownell's and BassPro for around $255, and you'd still need to pay shipping.
This is a great addition to your tactical build, if you're not going with FDE or green.
