Top break H&R model 925 in .38 S&W ( NOT .38 Special). 5 shot revolver with a 2-1/2 inch barrel. Revolver is very nice, a neat gunmetal gray color. It's a real good shooter! Revolver locks up tight and strong, it hasn't been shot much. I believe it was made in the early 1970's. Yes you can find .38 S&W cartridges about anywhere www.selwayarmory.com sells a 50 box of Remington's for $23.99 asking $245
