Hamilton Arms LLC Custom ZAR-15. Please visit Mark Hamiltons website at www.hamiltonarmsllc.net. I have listed the specs for the rifle below. Last time I shot this set up the 3 round grouping at 200 yards was 1.86" with factory 62 gram loads. The lower receiver is CNC machined from air craft grade aluminum.
