This is a Mauser 1891 Argentino Carbine 18 1/2" barrel, 37" overall
The serial # is C21XX It was manufactured in Berlin in 1892 from what i have looked up.
It is chambered for 7.65X53mm
All the serial numbers look like they match to me.
It looks in pretty good condition for its age
