Smith & Wesson M&P 15 AR15 Like New with Extras

I purchased this S&W M&P 15 brand new 5-6 years ago. It is in like new condition with less than 150 rounds fired. It is the optics ready model. I added fixed sights, picatinny rails on the fore end, fore grip, bi-pod and tactical flashlight. I also include a P-Mag 30 round magazine in addition to the stock magazine. Includes the original plastic case. Eotech sight not included but would consider selling it for an additional cost. The gun has never malfunctioned and has always been cleaned after shooting. The only reason for selling it is I would like to build an AR-15 pistol. I have $1300 invested in the gun looking for $900. I prefer to sell outright but will consider trades.
