Marlin, 1889 Centennial , 32-20 caliber, 21” barrel. This was the factory exhibition show gun and was made for the 100th anniversary commemorative, the serial # is actually 1889-1989. This is a fine hand made gun, engraved by Alvin White, with superb gold scroll engraving gold lettering, gold line work, engraved raised portrait of LL Hepburn. Highly figured walnut stock, finely hand checkered half magazine. The quality of the workmanship on this gun exceeds anything of the older era and is performed by the worlds best craftsman. This is a highly finished show gun.
