It is a newer production model (January 2013) with an all-steel frame... designed after the Russian Tokarev T33 with improvements. Zastava began the manufacture of firearms in 1853 and exports to over 30 countries today. This is a well made quality firearm for the price. Reviews can be seen on Youtube.com.
