Marlin Model 1895XLR Lever Action 45/70: Features a 24″ stainless steel barrel, along with stainless steel lever, trigger guard plate, magazine tube and loading gate. Gun has a black/grey laminated hardwood stock with pistol grip, with very nice checkering and a deluxe recoil pad. The 1895XLR employs an adjustable folding rear sight with a front sight brass bead and Wide-Scan brand hood. Gun is six shot and is drilled and tapped for scope. The barrel has undergone Marlin’s Ballard-type rifling, which carves six deep and wide grooves that puts almost no stress on the metal resulting in excellent accuracy. This gun was manufacturer in 2007 and has the JM stamp indicating it was manufactured by Marlin before Remington bought them out. Gun is a one owner in like new condition with only a few rounds fired. Gun case included. $1000.00
