Rare Paratrooper SKS with red dot scope

These compact, carbine, paratrooper versions of the SKS are getting harder to find. This gun has matching numbers except for the stock. It has machined parts, and the production is early enough they were still using some Russian parts. This rifle includes the factory sling, a B Square see thru scope mount, and a red dot scope. I moved the scope mount to look for an import mark & couldn't find one, so it may be a bring-home gun, but I'm certainly not sure about that. The stock & aftermarket scope mount have scratches, but the gun itself is in good condition & the barrel looks great.

Great gun for a collector, but these 16" barrel rifles are also ideal for converting to a more updated platform like a bull pup.
