Star / Interarms Model BS 9mm w/2 mags & manual

Star model BS 9mm pistol. Made in Spain, imported through Interarms of Alexandria, VA. Blue finish. Brown plastic grips. (2) 8-round magazines. Printed manual (not the original). Steel frame & slide. 5-inch barrel. 8-1/2 inches OAL. The actual pistol is pictured. Condition is used, but excellent plus condition. Looks, feels, and shoots like a 1911. The original owner was a security guard at a convenient store and this was his duty weapon. When he retired in 1990, I picked it up. I've only put about 150 rounds through it, and I'm sure that he had not put many through it himself. It has spent most of it's life in my nightstand drawer (kept oiled) and fully protected by a padded holster. This is the military version as it has the lanyard ring at the base of the gun's grip. It is the same as the Model B that Star manufactured, but has an added magazine safety, thus the "BS" indication. Interestingly, it was the model of gun that was used in the 1973 movie "Dillinger" as the model B's and BS's were in production starting in 1957. Look at the specs pic I've uploaded and observe the "B" column as this "BS" model fits the description of those specs. Not interested in any trades. Face-to-Face transaction only with bill of sale.
