1897 Iver Johnson .38 Hammerless

Rare Ivey Johnson .38 caliber 5 shot top break hammerless revolver with trigger safety. The last year patent stamps were of 1896 on the bottom of the grip. Gun is in great condition. It is tight and grips are in excellent condition. Serial number under the left handle and it is 4462. You can still see the patent numbers real well on the bottom of the pistol grip. Comes with a half box of .38 S&W shorts(145 grain). Gun was originally designed for black powder until 1909.
