This is the very early model, with the 2 line address on top of barrel. Research indicates Circa about 1872. It shows sign of carry, with considerable loss of nickle finish in the expected areas. Bore is sharp, but has considerable pitting. This has the original smooth wood grips, consistent with this era.The action works flawlessly, screw heads are in good condition, no signs of tampering or misuse. Quite a bit of original finish remaining on the hammer and trigger. The hinges are NOT cracked. The Serial # is 117. I have LOWERED this to $885. Note: This piece is more rare than the average one line addressed later models. If interested, contact me at 573-714-4143 or email me. Thanks, Dave. Reasonable Offers Considered.
Consider trade on S&W 39--2 or 1911 Commander.style .45 ACP.
