NIB Never Fired XDM 5.25 in .40S&W

I have a new in the box XDM 5.25" barrel chambered in .40S&W. It has the stainless slide, 3 mags, and everything that came with it new. I gave $775 out the door new for it. Would take $725 for it. It has never been fired.
Would Consider trade for:
M&P Pro Series in .40 with the 4.25" Barrel manufactured after the internal changes S&W made in 2013. Must be in like new condition with all the factory stuff, must have three mags. The values on these are different so you must be willing to add $100 cash or have extras.
