Custom Ruger 10/22 sporter

I am selling my custom Ruger 10/22 sporter. The sporter model comes with a walnut stock and this one has very nice grain and color.
The first thing I did was pillar bed the receiver. This includes installing a custom brass escutcheon so that the receiver has metal to metal contact and there is no wood compression which is the was a 10/22 is made. The area the receiver sits in was also filled with a bedding compound so that there is no gaps and full contact between the receiver and the stock.
The second thing I did was relieve and re seal the barrel channel so that the barrel is free floated to about 1 inch before the receiver.
The bolt and barrel were sent to a gunsmith who specializes in 10/22 and he blued the sides of the bolt and set the bolt face to target specs. He also recrowned and reblued the barrel to add a target crown.
The stock trigger was sent to Brimstone gunsmithing, also a 10/22 specialist, who did custom work to the trigger. It is very nice now.
I would call this just about the perfect 10/22 small game hunter. I have about 100 hours into it besides the custom work that was hired out. After it was all said and done I have only put 50 rounds through it total. I am wanting to get it to a home where it will have some use.
I am looking for $400 for the rifle and bipod, for $550 I will include the Muler avp scope. It’s a very nice scope for this set up, but I will separate if not needed. The rifle also includes after market iron sights that are nice and allow for a greater sight radius. Please feel free to email any questions. Thanks for looking.
