AR-Pistol/5.56mm NATO

For Sale brand new AR-15 Pistol. Upper Receiver assembly is from Red X Arms and comes complete with 7.5" barrel, BCG, gas block and handguard installed. This upper receiver features a 416R stainless steel barrel, stainless steel A2 flash hider (1/2-28 threads), 1:9 twist and is chambered in 5.56mm NATO. Barrel extension and upper receiver include M4 feed ramps. Upper receiver is forged 7075-T6 aluminum and has T-Marks. Modular handguard compatible with Magpul rails and .750" gas blocks.

Lower Receiver is made by Anderson Mfg. out of 7075-T6 aluminum forging and has the Anderson MFG. LPK installed which includes a SS hammer & trigger. The Enhanced Buffer Tube Cover from Thordsen Customs has a removable cheek rise & QD sling mounts on both sides. The BATFE Technology Branch has examined the BTC and determined that it IS NOT a butt stock therefore it DOES NOT redefine an AR-Pistol as a SBR under Title 18 section 921 of the United States Code (copy of letter made available).
