Palmetto State Armory AR-15 upper for sale. Palmetto state armory carbine length upper and BCG. FNH barrel 1:7 twist. Barrel is High Pressure tested, and Magnetic Particle inspected. Bore, barrel, and inside of BCG are chrome lined. Comes with magpul furniture (MOE handguards) comes with magpul flip rear sight. Fixed front post sight with A2 flash hider. Asking $450, $375 without bcg. Has had about 50 rounds through the upper.
