Type 99 Japanese Rifle

A Japanese Type 99 Rifle. Standard Barrel. No aircraft sights. Late war pick up. May have been a guard gun. (Near plum colored stock.) Ground mum, as required by Japan. Not Import Marked.

This gun is out of my 31 year old collection of military rifles. Near perfect, plum colored stock. (No Dings, No Cracks. No Chips.) Perfect Chrome lined Bore. Cleaning Rod. 1940s. A Very Nice Military Rifle. I'd rate the metal at 98-99% blue. Olive shaped bolt handle. Overall, a 98%+ Japanese rifle. This is not your typical beater Japanese rifle!

No camera; I'm very old school and lack the training to connect photos. If you are a serious collector or shooter you are going to want to look at this gun in person, anyways.
