Remington 870 12G

I am selling my Remington 870 12 Gauge. I am the 3rd owner of this shotgun so I do not know how many rounds have been shot through it. I have personally shot approximately 30 rounds through it. It has an extended tube, side saddle, additional nylon shell holder on the stock, rifle sights (green rear and red front) and a surefire forelight (halogen). I will include the shells that are on/in it and any additional ones that I find in my closet. I am getting rid of the shotgun because my son is getting into that curious stage and I have no need for a tactical shotgun in my house anymore.
