PSA M4 Blackhawk Build Kit

I bought this build kit for $700 from PSA a year ago with the intent to build it. Still have not even touched it. Obviously, has never been fired. All that is required to complete is a lower which can be purchased easily from many places for $50-$100. Will include (1) 30 round mag with 100 rounds of ammo.
