This is a complete M4 parts Kit, AR AR15 AR-15 including One Complete upper, 1/9 twist. YOU CAN CHOOSE REGULAR M4 OR LIGHTWEIGHT BARREL. Everything you need but for the stripped lower. specs are as follows. 16" M4 Rifle Kit comes with everything needed to complete a stripped lower receiver. Includes fully assembled, headspaced and test fired upper receiver, lower parts kit and buttstock.
