For Sale are TWO [2] M1911 pistols Built by GEORGE FORREST - Master Pistol Smith and Competition Champion. There's not enough room here for his biography, but his story is on-line and quite remarkable.
The first 1911 is built on a Safari cast stainless frame. The second is built on a Caspian steel frame. Neither were built for show and yes they're kind of homely. They were built as shooters and proven as "ONE-HOLERs" by George, himself.
