Comes with an Aimpoint H1, Urban ERT sling, original 30rd magazine, 5 additional 30rd magazines (empty), original gun cleaning kit, Blackhawk gun bag, as well as an installed Nue Trigger to smooth out the action. I purchased this gun probably in 2011/2012, and only shot about 50 rounds through it. Price is firm at $2200 for everything described/shown.
