I ordered this rifle new back before the original ban, I ordered an AK and then Clinton signed the ban into law and this was caught in transit and converted from a new military (386 plant) AK 47 to a MAK 90, it is still the best milled receiver AK variant available.

It has had very few rounds run through it , under 100 total.
