Colt SAA in 38 wcf 38-40 and 1st generation

Beautiful gun and retains 99.9% finish. I believe it
is a restored gun because it has no wear or
handling marks in the blue and case color finish.
Serial is 246,xxx and all numbers match. Grips
are a perfect fit. Barrel is 4 3/4" in length and
with a near perfect bore. Cylinder is nice and
clean and no locking bolt drag lines observed and
is not serial numbered. I can feel the serial
number and patient lines so very little buffing was
done. Need a FFL or C&R and certified funds and
$20 insured shipping to lower $35
