100% brand new, unfired Palmetto State Armory 9mm carbine. Came fully built from the factory and I added a few high quality upgrades. This rifle uses Colt-style 32rd SMG magazines which are very inexpensive and readily available. Comes with original box, lock, and manual. See list below for features.
