Custom Colt 1911

I am selling a series 80 Colt 1911. It cost $950 when I purchased it brand new a few years ago and have since put over $1,100.00 in parts and gunsmithing labor (over 40 hours) to make it into an unbelievably reliable 1911. It will fire anything, and I mean anything. I have shot ammo that would not cycle in two other 1911s and a S&W M&P. The slide, barrel, bushing and frame were fit by hand and the slide and frame were bead blasted to eliminate glare while retaining rust prevention properties of stainless steel. All other components have been replaced with Wilson, Ed Brown or Wolff Springs parts. The trigger is a short reach, 3lb Wilson with adjustable overtravel screw. All the original parts including trigger, sights, backstrap, springs, pins, slide stop, mag release, etc. are included as a spare parts kit. The gun comes with 10 magazines, several boxes of Federal Hydroshocks, a Blade Tech holster, a Bianchi leather pancake holster, a fobus mag pouch and a Bianchi mag pouch.
